Returns Policy: Customer Remedy, Refunds and Returns

They are intended exclusively to teach self-improvement strategies. By purchasing, downloading, or accessing these materials, products and statements, You are acknowledging that You understand that no guarantees or warranties are made in terms of specific results and the purchase or use of these materials does not constitute a therapeutic or professional relationship or service of any kind.

However, if You, the Customer, are not satisfied for any reason with the product, upon written communication with Us, you can receive a full refund as long as the conditions of the “‘Paradise Island’ Guarantee” are met: From the day of purchase of the 9 Weeks to Sound Sleep Self-Hypnosis System package, you must have listened to at least one (1) of the self-hypnosis audios from that package at least five (5) calendar days per week, every week, during the first nine (9) weeks from the purchase date of that package. Additionally, you must login to the online group in MightyNetworks.com (the exclusive community group that accompanies your 9 Weeks to Sound Sleep System package) and, at least five (5) calendar days per week, every week, during the first nine (9) weeks from the purchase date of the package, you must post which audio you listened to that day or night, what time of day or night, and how you slept. If, at the end of that nine (9) weeks, or sixty-three (63) days, of listening to an audio and posting that information to the online group at least five (5) calendar days per week, you are not satisfied for any reason at all, upon written communication with Us, you will have five (5) days from the end of the nine (9) week program, to request a refund. You will be refunded the full purchase amount. Our Company’s entire liability, and the Customer’s exclusive remedy, shall be a refund of the price paid or replacement of Our products as described below. We limit refund to sixty-eight (68) days from the original date of purchase. Any remedies made outside of the United States may be subject to an external processing fee and a price adjustment related to applied fluctuations in the currency exchange rate.

Please note that the refund will be issued back to you in the same form as your original payment was received. As an alternative to a refund, you may request a credit to be applied toward other Self-Hypnosis for Healing products. That Self-Hypnosis for Healing credit can be used anytime for up to 3 years from the date of the original purchase. Refunds and credits toward alternative Self-Hypnosis for Healing products can be applied one time, however products purchased via credits or after refunds from another Self-Hypnosis for Healing Product forfeit the Paradise Island guarantee on other similar products and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

You understand that if You request a refund more than sixty-eight (68) days after the date of purchase, Your right to a refund will be forfeited. Additionally, You are acknowledging that You understand that if You do request a refund between sixty-three (63) and sixty-eight (68) days of purchase, as long as the “‘Paradise Island’ Guarantee” Conditions have been met, Your money will be refunded, at Our option, as soon as possible from the date of Your request, usually within thirty (30) days or less from the date of a refund request.

Payment

All orders or downloads must be pre-paid prior to dispatch.

Payment will be debited from Your credit card or debit card via PayPal and Stripe at the time the order is placed.
