Struggling with weight issues can impact mood, confidence, health, and social interactions. Dr. Dyan assesses various aspects of each client’s environment, behavior, and core psychological and emotional make up. She then works with her clients to come up with a plan that sets them up for success in terms of how to address cognitive, behavioral, nutritional, physical, lifestyle, and psychological components of their short-term and long-term daily lives.

As a key part of that program, Dr. Dyan designs and creates personalized self-hypnosis for weight and wellness strategies for each individual to support her clients in having the tools for long-term success and improved health and wellbeing.

Dr. Dyan has found that it is important to address the emotional components of her clients mind, body, and spirit, but to also keep in mind that weight is a physical issue and as such, it is necessary to recognize the more subtle non-verbal and sensory cues that trigger eating or emotional reactivity and sense of self-worth.

To help her clients to improve their comfort and confidence in their body’s and with their weight, Dr. Dyan focuses on her clients’ individual strengths in order to transform their habits so that they can achieve their goals.
